Super Book conversation
Let's find out whether your book belongs in a Super Book.
This call is for experts with a focused idea, a clear reader and a business reason to publish. We will talk through what the book needs to do and whether a concise, interview-based book is the right size for it.
Schedule
Choose a time that works for you.
Answer a few short questions, then pick a time on the calendar. Bob Graham will review your answers before the call.
What we will cover
A working conversation about fit and scope.
The reader and the book's job
Who should read the book, what they should understand by the end and how it supports your business conversations.
The material you already have
The ideas, stories and examples you explain again and again, and what the two interviews would need to draw out.
Whether 12,000 to 15,000 words fits
Some subjects work well in a concise book. Others need more room, more research or original reporting. We will tell you which yours looks like.
What the $12,500 includes
Positioning, two structured interviews, the manuscript with one consolidated revision round, editing, cover and interior design, standard Amazon KDP setup in your own account and the Book-to-Conversation Kit. Printed copies are not included.
Timing and your part
The six to eight week target, the review time we will need from you and anything, such as compliance review, that could affect the schedule.
Before the call
Come with a rough idea. That is enough.
You do not need an outline or a title. It helps to think about three things:
- The one problem your ideal reader is trying to solve.
- Why a book would help you in conversations with prospects, clients or referral partners.
- Any talks, articles, presentations or notes that already cover the subject.
If the Super Book is not the right size
There are other ways to work together.
If the call shows that a different level fits better, we will say so.
Book Coaching, from $5,000
For authors who want to write the book themselves with experienced guidance on structure, chapters and revision.
Authority Book, from $30,000
For a longer, more substantial book with deeper reporting, research or storytelling and a broader body of expertise.
Questions
Before you book
Is this a sales call?
It is a working conversation. We will talk about your book idea, your reader and your business goals, and we will tell you plainly whether the Super Book fits. If it does not, we will say so and point you to a better option.
Do I need an outline before the call?
No. A rough idea of the subject, the reader and why the book matters to your business is enough. If you have notes, talks, articles or presentations on the topic, mention them. They may become useful source material.
I am a financial advisor. Can we discuss compliance?
Yes. We write with educational and compliance-sensitive uses in mind, and we can talk about how review fits into the schedule. We cannot promise approval. Your firm or compliance professionals must review and approve any material as their policies require.
What happens after the call?
If the Super Book looks like the right fit, we will confirm the scope in writing and send an engagement agreement. If a different level makes more sense, we will explain why and what that option involves.

Ready to talk about your book?
Pick a time and we will look at what your book could accomplish and whether the Super Book is the right way to get there.
No obligation. We do not promise specific leads, sales, rankings or publication dates.
