Refund and Cancellation Policy

Given the personalized and collaborative nature of our services, we have established the following policy:

Consultation Services: If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Project-Based Services (e.g., ghostwriting, editing, design): Due to the customized nature of these services, refunds are not typically available once work has commenced. However, if you are dissatisfied with the progress or quality of the service, please contact us to discuss your concerns. We are committed to working with you to address any issues and find a satisfactory resolution.

Printed Materials: If you receive printed materials that are defective or do not meet the agreed-upon specifications, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or, if appropriate, a refund.
