Best fit
You have significant expertise but the central authority idea is not yet clear.
Services & Investment
The point is not to push every prospect into the largest engagement. It is to solve the right problem in the right order.
Start here
You do not have to commit to a full book project simply because you know your expertise is underused. The right first step depends on how clear the central idea, intended reader and business use already are.
If those decisions are still blurry, the Authority Clarity Intensive is designed to resolve them without forcing a larger engagement.
If the project is already clear, coaching or ghostwriting may be the more efficient next move.
$500
A focused working session with Bob Graham plus a written Authority Map. We identify the strongest ideas, stories and points of view inside your expertise and determine which of them appear substantial enough to support an Authority Asset.
This is not a miniature ghostwriting project. It is a diagnostic and strategic first step for leaders who know there is something valuable in their experience but are not yet sure what form it should take.
You can use the Authority Map yourself, take it to another provider or continue with SpearPoint Ink.

A focused session plus a written Authority Map.
About 60 to 90 minutes plus brief preparation.
Book coaching
Book coaching begins around $5,000 depending on scope. Bob helps with reader definition, positioning, architecture, chapter development and editorial judgment while you produce the manuscript.
This works best when writing is part of the experience you want and you can consistently protect the time required to draft.
The coaching engagement does not remove the writing burden. It gives the writing better direction.
Ghostwriting
Full ghostwriting engagements begin at $20,000. Bob takes primary responsibility for interviewing, architecture, drafting and revision while you remain the source of the ideas and stories.
The process is designed to concentrate your time in high-value source conversations and review rather than weekly drafting.
Exact investment depends on complexity, research, compliance requirements and the amount of supporting work around the manuscript.
Larger Authority Assets
Some engagements extend beyond the manuscript into launch planning, LinkedIn content, speaking, curriculum, client education or related business-development assets.
Those projects are scoped around the actual business objective instead of automatically bundling services the client may not need.
The point is not to create a larger package. It is to make sure the finished asset has a practical place to live.
Different business cases
Before choosing an engagement, it helps to look at the book decision through the role you already play. An advisor may be trying to make judgment easier to understand. A speaker may need more depth behind the keynote. A coach may need to distinguish a point of view from familiar industry language. A consultant may need buyers to see diagnosis and judgment before the engagement. A CEO may need to make leadership thinking portable.
Those differences affect the reader, the stories, the structure and the way the finished asset should be used.
How engagements fit the process
The Authority Clarity Intensive covers the early source and direction work. Coaching keeps you in the writer's chair. Ghostwriting shifts most of the writing load to SpearPoint Ink. Larger engagements extend the finished asset into the business.
