Before We Meet
Does your expertise survive when you leave the room?
This brief video explains a problem I spent years missing in my own business. Watching it before our meeting gives us a clearer place to begin.

Why I Sent This
Our meeting is more useful when we begin with the real business problem.
Many accomplished leaders assume they need better marketing, more content or a sharper elevator pitch. What I have noticed is that the problem often sits one level deeper.
Their expertise makes sense when they explain it personally. The trouble begins when a prospect, client or referral partner has to remember it and pass it along. Important distinctions disappear. The message becomes thinner.
I call this the Explanation Trap. Our conversation can focus on where that may be happening in your business and what it may be costing you in time, referrals and delayed decisions.
The market cannot place the full weight on expertise it only receives in fragments.
YIf You Want To Maximize Our Time...
Bring one example to our meeting.
Think of a recent referral, sales conversation or introduction where someone understood only part of your value. We can use that real situation as the starting point for our discussion.
