Bigger Pie Strategies LLC doing business as SpearPoint and SpearPoint Ink provides professional ghostwriting, book coaching, messaging strategy, and related services. Because our work involves significant time, planning, and customized intellectual property, all purchases are governed by the terms below.

All sales for ghostwriting, coaching, consulting, strategy sessions, digital products, templates, and done for you services are final once payment has been processed. Fees are non refundable except as stated in this policy or as required by applicable law.

If a program or service includes a written satisfaction guarantee, that guarantee will be clearly stated on the specific sales page or agreement for that product or service. Any guarantee must be claimed within the stated time period and requires written notice from the client along with proof of completed work or participation, as outlined in the program terms.

Live events, workshops, and scheduled sessions are refundable only if the company cancels the event. If a client is unable to attend, credit may be offered at the sole discretion of the company.

If you believe a charge was made in error, you must notify us within seven calendar days of the transaction. We will investigate and resolve verified errors promptly. Payment disputes submitted to a bank or credit card issuer without first contacting the company may delay resolution.

All payments are processed through secure PCI compliant payment providers. Billing information is handled according to the security and privacy standards of those providers. The company does not store full credit card numbers on internal systems.

By making a payment, you agree to the terms of this refund policy and to any additional terms contained in your service agreement or order form.
